Hall in Shropshire near Shrewsbury – Part Offices for an international company
When the work commenced the building was in a general state of neglect. Extensive repairs were carried out internally and to the timber frame. Many areas were decayed or had been unsympathetically repaired. Our repair work involved cutting and splicing in new sections of oak and rebuilding sections of the brick infill panels.
Extensive Repairs Carried Out at a Shropshire Hall
The chimneys were also in a poor state and unstable. They were rebuilt using the original bricks wherever possible and some new bricks to match. Many of the windows were rotten and required repairing. New metal opening lights were installed to some of the windows.
Part of this building was used as offices for an international Company.
